EDGE TO EDGE QUILTING Basting: .0075 cents per square inch. Standard basting is 3” apart side to side and top to bottom. Custom spacing is available upon request. Overall Simple Pantograph: .015 cents per square inch. Overall Complex Pantograph: .020 to .025 cents per square inch. Complexity of pantograph determines the price. Adding Separate Border Design: $25.00
CUSTOM QUILTING Starts at .030 cents per square inch. Quilting will be quoted upon receipt of the quilt top. Price will be based complexity of designs, number of designs used, number of thread changes and number of borders. The prices above DO NOT include batting, backing, binding or pressing.
HOW TO DETERMINE THE PRICE FOR YOUR QUILT Multiply the width of your top by the length to get the total number of square inches. Then multiply this number by the price above. Example: 72 x 85 = 6120 sq. in. 6120 x .015 = $91.80 Example: 72 x 85 = 6120 sq. in. 6120 x .030 = $183.60 MINIUMUM CHARGE $45.00 BATTING Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 96” wide $8.50 per yard Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 120” wide $14.00 per yard VARIEGATED THREAD Add $5.00 to total quilting charge. ADDITIONAL CHARGES $18.00 per hour for piecing backing fabric, edge stitching the quilt top, repairing quilt top prior to quilting or pressing. |
