Packaging

Place your Quilt Top, Backing and your Batting, if you are supplying your own, in a clear plastic bag for protection during it’s journey to Cotton Boll Quilting. Seal the bag and attach the completed Order Form to the outside of the bag. Then put the bag in a box for shipping.  The post office has Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes that hold up to 20 lbs. and will fit most quilts.  Also UPS or Fed X stores will have boxes available.

We will send you an email confirmation upon receipt of your order.

If you do not have an email address, we will call or send you a note to confirm receipt.

We will return your finished quilt via US Mail in a Priority Mail Flat Rate ship box. We will insure the return shipment for $200.00. A shipping charge of $15.00 will be added to your invoice.  You may request additional insurance for an additional fee.
