Shipping Policies


We will make every effort to ship your merchandise order within 3-5 business days.  If there will be a delay, we will contact you via email or phone number you supplied.

While the shipping/handling charge estimator works it's little heart out, this is an estimate only but it seems to come out pretty close.  We will use USPS, UPS or FedEx, which ever is most reasonable cost and timely for your needs.  Email Susan if you need something rushed.  I will adjust the final amount charged to your card to cover only actual charges.

As for Quilting Services, we will notify you when your quilt top and back have been received and will give you an estimate of when you can expect the quilting to be done.  We will discuss any details of the quilting with you as we go and will email you when we are ready to ship to ensure you will be available to receive the package.  When we ship your quilt back to you, we will insure it for $200.00.
